C.C.I.M.:
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. As an experienced expert, a CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user.
C.P.M.:
The Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. A CPM license is required manage residential, commercial or industrial properties. A CPM must complete course work, pass an examination, create a management plan that adheres to IREM standards, and document required levels of experience.
