Hello,
It is very exciting for me to have this opportunity to offer you all the convenience and comforts of home while you travel on your path to success.
My daughter Ka Yan Cheung aka Sandi, a final year SCCO student, owns this house at 3485 Myrtle Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89102 and I am her property manager. This house was built in 1978 but we have given it a complete make over from floor to ceiling. The house is warm and cozy and we have used it mostly as a guest house for visiting family or friends. After your move in or after viewing, please do tell me how you like my design and décor, OK?
I have been living in Las Vegas since 1990. Las Vegas is a dynamic 24/7 city, full of excitement and first class entertainment. The whole city is very updated, fresh looking clean and convenient. You pretty much can do anything (legally of course) anytime you want. You have Kinko 24 hours which is about 3 miles north of this house. Banking Monday to Saturday. US Bank and Nevada State Bank branches located inside Grocery store even open Sunday. Major banks such as B of A, Wells Fargo, Citibank, US Bank, Nevada State Bank are all within 3 miles west of the house. Post office is 3 miles S. You can eat also 24 hours in any Casinos. Most of the Chinese Restaurants on Spring Mountain Road open till midnite or 3 am.
Location, Location, Location. This house is conveniently located off Spring Mountain Road, east of Decatur and within an Asian overlay district. Both streets are major thoroughfare. Going East on Spring Mountain Road about four miles will lead you to Interstate 15. Further 1 mile will lead you to Fashion Show Mall, Treasure Island, Wynn, Venetian Casino and the rest of the strip.
This house is located between 2 China Town Malls one mile either way. Walgreen is 1 mile west of the house. Walmart open 24 hours which is about 3 miles west of the house on Spring Mountain. I also have a Medical Doctor client friend whose office is about 4 miles north of the house.
You only need to drive about 5 minutes to the Veteran Clinic on Jones, and about 10-15 minutes to the other clinic on Pinto Lane. You do not need any highway driving.
This 1408 sf. house comes furnished with beds, utensils, 42" flat screen TV with ESPN and MTV cable channels, cable modem internet. A master bedroom with its own bath about 130 sf, 2 secondary bedrooms about 100 sf each. The 4th bedroom is a garage conversion, so it is good size about 250 sf that probably can accomodate 2 persons if needed. These 3 bedrooms share 1 full bath.
The kitchen has pots and pans, microwave convectional oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, stove and a laundry closet with washer and dryer.
The front yard and back yard are big with desert landscaping. Backyard has a covered patio and is relaxing. Enough parking spaces for 7 cars, street parking is also OK. All you need to bring with you is your own linen and your personal use items.
There is minimum house rules, such as not too much alcoholic use, no illegal drug use, no unregistered occupants overnight and not too much parties. Sorry guys sounded like your mom is in Vegas :):)
My office is directly across from the house on the opposite side of Spring Mountain, so if you need to rush any faxes, copies, chit-chat, please feel free to come in. It is my goal to make this place your home away from home.
Last but not least, don’t forget Las Vegas has the world famous show that can help relieve your stress after long hours of work.
